JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will work with various tools and equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have a solid background in plumbing with experience in HVAC systems being a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Familiarity with construction practices, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, assembly techniques, and welding is highly desirable. The ability to perform heavy lifting safely is also required. A commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship is crucial for success in this role. Must Have Own Plumbing Tools.

Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and cartridges, shower systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for installation or repair tasks.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing systems are integrated effectively into building projects.
• Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.
• Execute carpentry tasks as needed for installation of fixtures or modifications to existing structures.
