Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues efficiently Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of household plumbing systems Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Recommend additional services, upgrades, or preventative solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, service plans) Educate customers on long-term plumbing health and cost-saving options Accurately prepare quotes and service invoices using company software Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on technical skills and upselling techniques Our 3 Step Hiring Process: At Polestar, we know great talent moves fast—and so do we.
