YOUR TASKS: Role Purpose: Provide customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center. Answer phone and greet visitors in the Service Center. Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback; attempt to resolve misplaced shipments. Communicate with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems. Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information, and accepting/securing over-the-counter payments. Dispatch pick-up and delivery information promptly and efficiently; arrange daily pick-up schedules. May process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process in some markets. YOUR PROFILE: 1 - 2 years relevant experience Education: bachelor's degree English: Fluent (written and spoken) OUR OFFER: Multifarious benefit programs.
