Description Service Porter Fox Lexus is looking for a dependable Service Porter to support our Service Department and provide a great first impression for our guests. If you enjoy staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a fast-paced team, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the automotive industry What You’ll Do As a Service Porter, you play an important role in keeping the service drive running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day may include: Welcoming customers and escorting them to the appropriate service team member Parking vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles for customers Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and free of congestion Communicating with Service Advisors or Managers when customers are waiting Following all dealership policies related to vehicle care and safety Assisting with moving inoperable vehicles as directed Reporting any vehicle damage immediately to management Supporting cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service department Assisting with washing company or customer vehicles as needed Helping with other service-related tasks to support team operations Requirements What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift Must be at least 18 years of age Physical & Work Environment Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure to weather conditions Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package for full-time employees, including: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) plan About Fox Auto Team Fox Auto Team is proud to be a locally owned and operated dealership group that puts people first—our customers, our employees, and our community.
