Job Details Job Location: HOLYOKE, MA 01040 Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly PORTER LOT ATTENDANT Are you a team-oriented individual who takes pride in doing things right the first time, and enjoys the benefit of working in a stable and certain workplace? Then we have an ideal position for you as part of the Gary Rome Family . We are looking for Service Porters/Lot Attendants to join our Gary Rome Hyundai team. The Porter will assist the service department with retrieving customer’s vehicles. Job Responsibilities : Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner Identify and direct Service Advisor to their customer Vacuum vehicle, install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all the vehicles taken in for service Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor's workstation immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner Retrieve customer vehicle from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the Cashier Wash vehicles Run any necessary errands required by the service department Other duties as assigned Qualifications Job Requirements Being courteous and positive with customers will serve you well as a Porter. Good customer service and communication skills are necessary to succeed. Job Qualifications: Experience in customer relations Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Responsibilities
The Service Porter will assist the service department by greeting customers, retrieving vehicles, and maintaining the parking lot. Additional duties include washing vehicles and running errands as needed.
