Description Groove Subaru is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Service Porter to join our service team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake. Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles in the dealership lot and service area. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas. Assist with vehicle deliveries, shuttling customers when needed, and other support tasks for the service team. Perform light facility maintenance, including tidying work areas and emptying trash. Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies while handling customer vehicles. Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to customers and teammates. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
