Job duties include moving and parking service vehicles as needed, driving to pick-up and deliver vehicles to customers, performing road-tests for repair verification, and shuttling clients. It also requires communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients, directing service customers to the appropriate advisor, obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process, retrieving parts and supplies, operating snow removal equipment, washing exterior of vehicles, vacuuming interiors of vehicles and janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable. This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles. Responsibilities

Primary duties involve moving and parking service vehicles, driving for customer pick-up and delivery, performing road tests for repair verification, and shuttling clients. Additional tasks include customer service, directing clients, retrieving supplies, operating snow removal equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the service drive area.
