Overview:
At Infiniti of Lafayette, our Videographer for the service department plays a crucial role in the customer service experience. The Videographer is responsible for communicating through a short video the findings of the Multi Point Inspection once the technician has completed. This video ensures that customers can see exactly what the technician has seen and can better understand the technician’s recommendations.
Duties and responsibilities may include the following:
You will create a short video on every Multi Point Inspection using a handheld tablet.
Your voice will be included in the video and on occasion so will your hands.
This short video is then sent to the customer.
When you are not creating videos, you will be expected to assist the service advisors with other tasks, such as assisting in the service drive, shop and shuttling customers.
Work schedule is 7:30am to 4:30pm ( -1-hour lunch) Monday through Friday. If you need a day off during the week, you may be required to work that Saturday.
