The Added Value Services organization will combine Digital, remote support, advisory and training to create a new business.
The EMEA CS product management and commercialization is the key element of the CS technical solutions.
As a member of the Added Service Value, S/He is expected to be team player in the continual improvement of the service.
S/He needs to be an active player to propose standardization and implementation of across the Customer Service EMEA team.

Your Qualification:

  • At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in similar role (Product management, Service Management, Consultance, ….)
  • Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification
  • Demonstrable track record in managing sizeable i ndirect workforce cross countries.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all the elements to commercialize new technical solutions, software and products.
  • Drive and follow EMEA Commercialization service KI´s & KPI´s
  • CS product management from development, operation, obsolescence to sunsetting, supporting sustaining engineering.
  • Service bulletin creation and distribution, internally and external. Manage internal and external information flow
  • New, internal / external Software for CS, specify, evaluate, test, purchase and support implementation.
  • Participate in business case development.
  • Management of the Added Value Service continual improvement of his scope
