Service Product Manager – Procured Equipment At a glance As a Service Product Manager – Procured Equipment, based in Veghel, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end service life cycle of turnkey procured equipment used within Toyota Automated Logistics. You will work at the intersection of service, sourcing, and product performance, ensuring that procured solutions remain serviceable, profitable, and future‑ready throughout their lifetime. Your impact: Own the end‑to‑end service life cycle of procured equipment within TAL solutions Represent Life‑Cycle Services (LCS) towards Sourcing, ensuring alignment with service strategy and requirements Monitor service performance in the installed base and define improvement actions to strengthen service contribution margins Act as the primary service contact for assigned procured products, including new introductions and service updates Proactively manage End‑of‑Service (EoS) and End‑of‑Technical‑Support (EoTS) topics and define customer‑ready upgrade paths What you can look forward to?
