JOB OVERVIEW

As Service & Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the quoting, planning, communication, and execution of service and repair jobs. You will serve as the key link between our customers, shop, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma required; some college or trade-related education preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proven experience in production coordination, service management, or project administration (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with ERP systems, work order management, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as work orders, drawings, and change orders
• Solid mechanical and industrial equipment knowledge (required)
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and take proactive action
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach to working with shop, engineering, and leadership
• Heavy haul trailer experience considered a strong asset

• Quoting service and repair work
• Entering and updating work orders, jobs, and change orders
• Keeping customers informed with timely status updates
• Managing and pushing production schedules
• Taking new calls and inquiries on our dedicated service line
• Ensuring documentation is accurate and complete for in-progress and completed jobs
• Coordinating with engineering, the shop foreman, purchasing, and leadership to align on project requirements, bottlenecks, and timelines
• Flagging and helping resolve concerns that may affect project flow or customer satisfaction
