Services Professional Co-op Location: Mississauga, ON Duration: 4 months Start Date: May 4th, 2026 About this opportunity: We are currently seeking for a Services Professional Co-op to analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality, and capacity. Your work will in part from our customer legacy. What you will do: • Support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies. • Plan the implementation of product configuration/integration work. • Execute product configuration. • Execute integration and migration work. • Prepare system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests for manual and automated execution. • Work to identify and drive improvements. • Engage in post-project activities. • Understand technical end-to-end processes. • Script and code. • Demonstrate knowledge sharing and collaboration skills. The skills you bring: • Education: Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any engineering related field like telecommunication, or electrical engineering. • Ability to create and innovate. • Expertise in applying technology. • Strong analytical, learning, and researching skills. • Have experience in ML modeling using regression, decision trees, as well as neural networks. Experience fine tuning LLMs or Transformer models would be huge plus. • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI • Familiarity with automation and workflow tools is an advantage. • Enthusiastic about learning emerging AI tools and applying them to real-world problems. • Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations. • Excellent planning, organizing, time management, and communication (verbal and written) skills. • Proficiency with tools such as Java and Spring framework, Python, Bash, Docker, Docker-Compose, Kubernetes, and Linux.
