In this role, you will provide effective leadership and oversight in delivering projects across field service, operations, and manufacturing functions. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, maintain timelines and budgets, and uphold quality standards. As the primary contact during the warranty phase, your expertise will guide project execution, and you will act as a vital link between clients and technical teams. Your ability to respond swiftly to customer needs will be critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. \n Accountabilities Serve as the primary contact during the warranty phase of projects. Guide and oversee systemic level site issues with project managers. Communicate warranty issues and create actionable support plans. Prepare contractual claims for field service projects. Develop progress reports and documentation for service project support. Manage day-to-day aspects of assigned projects and client interactions. Provide timely responses to warranty and project support requests. Ensure service project legal documents are completed on time. Track lessons learned and share with management. Requirements BA/BS in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years’ experience in managing multi-million-dollar HVAC projects. Proficiency in project schedule management. Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
