As a Service Project Technician, you will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined and willing to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather. Responsibilities Performs maintenance and preventive services for our mobility, locker, strollers, wheelchairs, ECV’s, arcade machines, and other allied equipment Responsible cash collection and deposits Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records Troubleshoots/Clean equipment and makes recommendations to clients Completes parts order as needed and prepares equipment, tools, materials for service work Responsible for knowledge of interpreting manuals as required Follow company policies/procedures and performs other duties as assigned Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance Proficient in Microsoft Office products Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Works independently with limited supervision Travel may be required
