Title: Service Province and Major Works director
Location: London
Deliver timely, accurate and transparent customer service, grow and maintain customer relationships, serve as the first line tie breaker/collaborator. Leadership Behaviors. Champion talent development. Lead teams and promote/foster inclusion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end customer experience, leading teams to deliver daily customer support
  • P&L ownership for area, overseeing teams to ensure delivery on financial targets and accurate forecasting of resources required
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for large installs and oversee Project Managers from conception to successful execution
  • Provide leadership to sales and field operational teams in partnership with functional leaders to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Delivery Operations to support shift/ centralization of admin activities and focus on customer
  • Serve as talent champions including hiring, developing, and retaining talent
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary
