Description
Key Responsibilities * Ensure service quality standards are consistently met across operations * Monitor and improve the reliability of wired, e-tool, and downhole systems * Lead failure investigations, including root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions * Support field teams with job planning, tool readiness, and post-job performance analysis * Track service quality KPIs and prepare regular performance reports * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance tool performance and reduce downtime * Maintain accurate documentation related to failures, maintenance, and service quality processes * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process development   Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical Engineering, or a related field * 3–7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within drilling technology * Strong understanding of drilling processes and service quality principles * Experience in failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements Nice to have: * Hands-on experience with downhole tools, wired tools, MWD, LWD, or other electronic measurement systems * Experience working in service, repair, or maintenance workshop environments for drilling tools * Knowledge of rotary shouldered connections and inspection requirements (DS-1 / NS-1 standards) * Familiarity with service quality or maintenance systems (e.g., JDE, iTrax, Intelex, TAT, Jira) * Experience with reliability methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, or statistical analysis   What We Offer * Pension scheme * Subsidized canteen facilities * A social and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to work on major international energy projects   We are committed to promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
