Your search is over, because Great West Chrysler is looking for a Service Reception/ Business Development Coordinator to join our exceptional service team! Our dealership is dedicated to providing the very best in customer service to our many customers, and we want you to be a part of that.
As our Service Reception/ Business Development Coordinator, you are first contact with our customers, providing outstanding customer service at all times. You will schedule and coordinate appointments for our service department, and work closely with our service advisors and technicians.

Requirements:

  • Prior service and customers relations experience is a must. 2 years of Service BDC or Appointment Coordinator experience in the auto industry will be preferred.
  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Cold calling experience
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • CDK experience would be an asset

Duties will include:

  • Greet customers on the phone
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Cashing out customers
  • Booking Appointments
  • Collaborating closely with service advisors and technicians
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate details of appointments and customer service history
  • Writing express work orders
  • Assist in general administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
