Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for guests, answering phone calls and addressing enquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle repairs, and general service-related questions.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the service department, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
Collect and record accurate guest information, vehicle details, and service requests to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or services needed to guests.Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
