JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Service Record Verification Coordinator. This role plays a key part in supporting our vehicle purchasing process by verifying and confirming service histories before acquisitions are finalized. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of service records within a specific category of our vehicle inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric Certificate
  • A post-matric qualification in Automotive Management, Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the motor industry or vehicle administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with vehicle sellers and service providers to verify service records before purchase.
  • Confirm and authenticate service history documentation to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of service records for a specific category of stock vehicles.
  • Ensure that all verified records are accurately updated in the internal system.
  • Communicate discrepancies or concerns promptly to the National Inventory Manager.
  • Assist in identifying trends or gaps in vehicle history that may impact stock quality or value.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
