To strengthen our team in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time/ on-site: Service & Repair Engineer (m/f/d) Responsibilities In the role of Service & Repair Engineer, you will be part of our sustainable technical service organization of the EMEA business unit. You will report to the EMEA Service Manager. The focus of your work is in the following areas: Repairing all types of hardware failures at component, board swap and software level Communicating with customers Reporting to and collaborating with service and development departments in the USA Cooperating with the Applications departments on the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Dubai offices Generating and verifying software licenses for the use of Q-SYS equipment, when needed Stay up to date with our most recent technics due to trainings offline and online. Your profile Vocational-level education in electronics (MBO) or equivalent through experience Analytical and problem-solving skills based on knowledge and interest in audio and computer equipment Driver’s license (Class B) is a pre Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Fluent spoken and written level in Dutch and English Ability to work both independently and in a team Solid knowledge of computers and computer networks Willing to continuously learn new things Qualifications We offer A varied task in an internationally very successful company.
