We are currently seeking a Service & Repair Technician to join our Aerospace team in our Gul Circle, Singapore office. Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspection of aero engine hardware against quality requirements in accordance with respective approved manuals and repair documents. Perform inspection of repair parts paperwork and routings Perform quality inspection work as assigned Perform TPM management of inspection tool/gauge/equipment calibration. Perform 5S and housekeeping duties Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality. Support Engineers and Planners for parts review and product repair capabilities. Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned. MUST HAVE: Must have at least a GCE “O” Level / NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aerospace maintenance Able to read, write and communicate in English. Candidates who are willing to work OT (with OT pay) WE VALUE Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills Strong mechanical knowledge and good problem-solving skills Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine manuals and/or publications Familiar with MS Office applications including MS Teams. Responsibilities
The technician will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of aero engine hardware according to quality requirements and associated repair documents. Duties also include managing tool calibration, executing 5S practices, and supporting engineers and planners with parts review and product repair capabilities.
