ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking 3 Service Repair Technicians to work in our Milwaukee Service Centre in Carole Park, QLD. The Service Repair Technicians will effectively diagnose, and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer’s warranty and ACCC regulations to support best in class customer experience.
If you have a technical/mechanical aptitude and mindset and enjoy repairing electronic or mechanical products this is your opportunity to become a trained service technician working with market leading brands!

Responsibilities:

  • Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis.
  • Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting faults in power tool products and equipment.
  • Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible.
  • Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer.
  • Provide support and feedback to service operations, compliance, and quality departments.
  • Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
  • Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures.
  • Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
