Our work will take you in different directions. We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Repair Sales Manager to grow our Repairs Sales team nationally. You will be This role will set short term and long-term sales and customer relationships targets aligned with significant growth within the area. You will lead the sales process, developing and coaching the team to the sales targets. What will you be doing? Proactively partnering with customers creating 'stickiness' Develop and operationalise clear strategies. Modifying when required to account for changing circumstances Lead a team of motivated and driven sales professionals Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders Weekly/Monthly reporting and forecasting What are we looking for? Demonstrated sales management experience, within a fast-paced commercial environment Proven ability to develop customer 'stickiness' and ability to develop customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction Previous experience growing a business or business unit A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus Highly motivated with ability to lead, engage and mentor a team – a people first mentality Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Strong ability to think of various solutions and ability to articulate Understanding business planning and controlling and leading people There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
