The Team Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers and just about everything in-between. Our team is growing and we are currently seeking experienced Service Representatives to be based in Sydney where you will play a hands-on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets. This exciting new career opportunity will see you: Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Sydney area and broader NSW region Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex; installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks Commissioning, site testing, system upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshooting Providing technical support and specialist advice to a broad Customer base Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhere to other internal processes Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements Our ideal candidate will possess: Certificate III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!) Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks Those with Electrical Licence or Refrigeration Handling Licence will be viewed favourably All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.
