Description:

KoolLogix is a Singapore emerging enterprise that provides thermal management solutions for IT and Data Centre applications. The company is growing its talent pool by recruiting technical resources to support its aspiring plan in innovative engineering solutions.

The role requires candidates to be:

  • Strong in systemic reasoning/thinking.
  • Able to work independently but at the same time collaborate with other teams like Engineering & Project
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients.
  • Bridge the gap between technical findings and customers understanding/concern.
  • Strong leader capable of managing team members of various personality/charactes

Candidates applying for the role is expected to perform, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

Post-project Maintenance:

  • Verification/Alignment of system settings & operation before handover and user training by Project Team
  • Preventive maintenance activity planning and coordination
  • Conducting preventive maintenance @ deployed sites
  • Preventive maintenance reporting to client

Post-project Field Support

  • Attending to field support & service call (24/7) for troubleshooting, fault identification & resolution
  • Carry out internal rectification of failure on site
  • Hands-on support for 3rd party rectification activities on site
  • Update of activities to department chat group or email.

Field Service Asset Management

  • Assist with upkeeping of assets/tools/equipment/spare

Administrative & Support

  • Managing & maintaining heathbook & documentation for project sites (E.g. report review & submission, billing trigger & replacement records)
  • Hands-on support for project deployment team on days with no S&R activities.
  • Supporting logistic arrangements with the company van.

Candidates will be required to follow 1-2 project cycles, or approximately 1 year, of project deployment after joining to better understand our solution & its operation.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as below is required:

  • Maintenance & field support with relevance to industrial ACMV refrigerant systems

Other requirements:

  • Higher NITEC in Control/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Strong planning, coordination & reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, specifically thermodynamics & fluid mechanics an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working in data centre an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking and reasoning, with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be flexible and able to respond to service calls for critical issue during, and beyond, working hours.

Qualification:

  • Apply Workplace Safety and Health (AWSH), formerly known as CSOC.
  • WSQ Performing Work at Height Course (PWAH)
  • Possession of Class 3 license is a must
