We’re looking for a Service & Retail Price & Offering Manager to drive our pricing strategy and secure sustained growth in the service market. So are you passionate about development and able to structure service solutions and/or service packages and analyzing and driving efficiency in service. And are you a strategic thinker with a passion for pricing, profitability, and long-term business development and do you possess excellent skills in project management?

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • We expect that you have experience with price analysis, possess a strong business understanding and knowledge about and maybe experience from the transport business.
  • You may be analytically strong with an ability to transform strategies into actions.
  • You are experienced in identifying areas of improvement and you are a strong project manager.
  • You have excellent collaboration skills, but you are also self-managed and structured and have experience with Power-BI tools.
  • As we are an international cooperation with a Swedish HQ, we also expect that you have strong English skills and maybe some understanding of Swedish (not a requirement).

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service & Retail Price & Offering Manager you will be responsible for price realization, standard discount and discount levels at Volvo Denmark and secure bottom line results, charge rate, workshop contribution, parts contribution, services growth, penetration and profitability for the organization.

Your main responsibilities in this position will be:

  • To secure profitable business development and competitive pricing between parts, service contracts, workshop hours and service package pricing in service market.
  • To be the owner and Driver of price and offering forum/network in service market including Parts, Services and Operational Retail functions
  • To be the owner of the authorization structure, securing proper delegations and documentation and regular review and update
  • To support into reaching growth targets set for the service market on the different business areas

YOUR TASKS

  • Monitor and deliver price development reports to management team, propose actions
  • Execute profitability analysis on service market areas: Workshop, Parts, Services Contracts & connected services, reporting and follow up
  • Provide market price studies and analysis vs. markets’ situation and competitors
  • Analyze discount levels in business areas and propose actions to drive improved profitability
  • Participate in relevant fora with HQ and secure communication, alignment and best practices
  • Together with the price network propose and implement new offering and pricing structure for Parts, Service contracts and Connected services
  • Secure proper implementation and handling of decided price increases in all areas
  • Enter workshop frame agreements - secure right discount level and follow up
  • Own and drive activities and governance through Price Network
    You’ll be the key driver in shaping our service pricing and offering and ensure that we stay competitive, profitable, and customer focused at all times.
