Ability to position offerings as part of a broader strategic vision.
Understanding of the services portfolio (e.g., Consulting & Managed & Residency Services for the focus topics of AI, Cyber Resiliency, Modern Infrastructure / Cloud and Modern Workplace).
Awareness of industry trends and how they impact customer operations.
Clear, persuasive communication tailored to different stakeholders (CxO-level, business decision makers, technical teams).
Strong storytelling skills to articulate value propositions.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
Skilled in pricing definition, contract terms, and risk management.
Ownership for identification up to closing Professional Services Opportunities. Works cross-functionally with services pre-sales, delivery, legal, finance, services product teams as well as core sales.
Ensures alignment between customer expectations and service delivery.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
Accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
Comfortable with ambiguity and driving change.
Able to pivot strategies based on customer feedback or market shifts.
Manages multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously to sustainably grow business in aligned territory.
Prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
Builds credibility through integrity and transparency
Acts as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller
