Bubbles is seeking to add to our team, a Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working with & serving people. You will play a key role in providing our valued customers, accurate knowledge and in-depth information of all services available.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in sales/service; Automotive or car wash industry highly preferred
• Flexible availability; willing to work weekends (We operate Monday to Sunday)
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Reliable transportation to locations

• Greet arriving customers on the lot
• Assess customers vehicle and recommend services based on condition of the vehicle, customers’ needs and expectations
• Coordinate and work with management & other team members to ensure positive work flow
• Ability to professionally deliver exceptional customer service
• Confident, with effective communication skills
• Sense of diplomacy; negotiation and conflict resolution
• Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
