We’re growing fast and looking for a Service Sales Advisor who’s driven, personable, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll combine technical know-how, relationship building, and consultative sales to ensure our systems perform for years — while uncovering ways to give homeowners even more peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to advisor for homeowners after installation — answering questions, providing follow-up care, and ensuring long-term system performance
  • Visit homes (local travel, appointments scheduled for you) to perform annual maintenance and system inspections
  • Educate customers on service plans, system upgrades, and repair solutions
  • Perform minor installations or system enhancements as needed
  • Keep accurate notes and service reports in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Always follow safety protocols — protecting both the customer’s home and our team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong people skills — you build trust quickly and naturally
  • Detail-oriented with great follow-through and time management
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and field service software
  • Solution-focused — you don’t just identify problems, you solve them
  • Valid driver’s license & local travel ability
  • Preferred: in-home service sales experience
