Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

  • Being responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for service-related products within your assigned territory (Motors & Generators and Variable Speed Drives).
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with our overall service strategy.
  • Building and nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Processing, coordinating, and following up on job orders with the operations team, ensuring on-time delivery as per customer schedules.
  • Collaborating with the service sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve sales processes and workflows, maximizing team efficiency and productivity.
  • Assisting in gathering and analyzing market intelligence related to service offerings.
  • Sharing insights and reporting with the sales team to inform strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Sales Driven with preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Engineering/Service Sales but applicants without prior work experience are welcome to apply
  • Team player & ability to coordinate with various team function
  • Experience on Motor/Variable Speed Drive Servicing will be an added advantage
  • Possess Good communication and interpersonal skill
