Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our Service Division at Rogers Building Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the company's sales objectives and expanding our market presence. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. By leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and superior communication skills, the Sales Executive will align our services with the needs of our clients, fostering long-term partnerships and business growth. Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES (list is not inclusive): Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the service industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to craft compelling proposals that offer mutual value. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to adapt and refine sales approaches. Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating the value of our services. Foster strategic partnerships to broaden the business network and enhance market penetration. Monitor and report on sales activity, ensuring timely progress and addressing challenges as they arise. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the service sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively. Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. In-depth knowledge of industry trends, equipment, logistics, and supply chain management. Strategic problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing win-win solutions. Proficient in using standard office software for communication, data analysis, and presentations. Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and secure new business. Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships. Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Must be able to communicate clearly both in person and via telephone. Manual dexterity for operating computers and other office equipment. Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
