REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work full-time hours and travel as needed

Preferred:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
  • Ability to manage various situations throughout the sales process independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a related industry with verifiable success
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, and communication systems.
  • Identify customer requirements and create tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.
  • Close sales to achieve or exceed sales plan objectives.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop and manage an active proposal backlog to support sales goals.
  • Conduct on-site building surveys to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Accurately document and report all sales activities, competitive intelligence, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with service teams to generate leads for additional services or upgrades.
