Description
Generate service revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts for service contracts. Manage quotations and service contracts, including terms negotiation and finalization. Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfilment; communicating expected delivery date. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and visits to enhance satisfaction and retention. Expand our service partnerships, including new vendor acquisitions. Maintain and renew of existing maintenance contract, prepare proposal and follow up for new contract. Develop service sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and service contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contract status, and input data into CRM systems. Update and monitor existing installed base, explore opportunities for contract conversion, battery replacement, UPS replacement, etc. Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking. b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS. c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements. d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals. e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS. Bachelor's degree, major in engineering 5+ years' related experience in datacenter or electrical equipment industry Technical Understanding. Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus. Prospecting Skills. Closing Skills. Professionalism. Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
