We are seeking a Service Sales Manager in our Burlington, Massachusetts office. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of post-installation services including calibration, validation, maintenance contracts, training, and service-level agreements. This role will work closely with account managers, field service engineers, and customers to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close service-related deals that enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance. This is a hybrid position.

What’s your role?

  • Identify and pursue service sales opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Promote service agreements, calibration packages, training sessions, and compliance services.
  • Collaborate with account directors and technical teams to develop custom service proposals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of service opportunities in CRM and regularly update deal stages.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for monthly, quarterly, and annual service revenue.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all service offerings and value propositions.
  • Assist in the renewal process of service contracts and work to prevent churn.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and webinars focused on services (some travel expectations).
  • Track market trends and competitor service offerings to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all sales comply with internal processes and industry regulations.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in technical services, life sciences, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Understanding of compliance and calibration standards (e.g., GxP, ISO, FDA) is a plus.

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $125,000 base salary with an annual 25%-50% sales bonus plan. Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
