Description

1. 客户关系管理在所负责区域内积极开发并维护客户关系，提升公司市场地位；为销售团队提供销售机会（如交叉销售），并协调内部沟通； 2. 维保销售业务维保合同管理全程跟进免保转签及续签，确保零丢失；优化现有维保业务，制定合理定价策略，提升利润。监控销售数据，分析并调整销售策略，确保完成台数及销售额目标；负责订单及合同管理，完成维保销售预算及定价目标。应收账款管理，协助或执行回款，预测应收账款情况。 3. 其他职责业务相关培训以及会议；岗位要求：学历/经验：本科及以上学历，或1年以上销售经验；行业背景：熟悉大型机电销售模式，有电梯行业经验优先；熟练使用办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT等）及CRM系统；具备良好的沟通技巧及人际交往能力。 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
