Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Service Sales Representative
Address : 8929 20 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6P 1K8
The Sales Representatives are responsible for developing the given market area for service sales opportunities. While developing business with existing accounts, the Sales Representative will focus on selling retrofits, equipment, spare parts, technical consultation services and provide large modernization leads to the modernization dept. The primary focus is to develop new customers while growing sales in targeted existing markets.

Below are the additional specific responsibilities of this position:

  • Technical and Application Sales: Prepare/quote and sell the specified Service Products and technical solutions using established tools and processes. Consult customers on new technologies while and providing solutions to improve the safety and productivity of the customers’ business.
  • Target Accounts: Maintain routine contact with the target accounts and develop the relationship while managing the CRM funnel.
  • CRM Funnel Management: Sales funnel and cases in CRM should be managed and maintained daily. All records of activities of visits, calls, meetings, quotations must be visible in CRM and discussed in weekly Sales meeting with the your supervisor.
  • New/Renewal of Agreements: On occasion, some assigned accounts may be the responsibility of the Representative to sell or renew depending on geography/customer size. It is expected to cooperate/assist the Inside Sales Business review Rep.to renew certain accounts.
  • Expectations to meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size.
  • Assist in other customer relations or collection efforts. It may be required to support in customer collection issues or other customer relationship management.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Preferred a 4-year technical degree and/or past work experience within an Industrial sales or service related business. Must have a strong understanding of sales prospecting as well as solid technical aptitude. Good verbal, written and strong computer skills are required.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Be able to drive to customer sites
