Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Motion Service Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. You will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial offers for spare parts related to ABB Drives, ensuring timely delivery in line with service expectations. You will also manage customer relationships and interact with internal systems and factories to support the offer process.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Preparing and managing technical/commercial offers for spare parts related to Drives, based on customer specifications and service timelines.
  • Supporting the Sales team in identifying cost-effective and technically appropriate solutions.
  • Managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Working with CRM systems to track and manage offers and customer communications, from order management to invoicing.
  • Collaborating with product factories to gather technical information and ensure offer accuracy.
  • Analyzing customer needs and market trends to improve offer quality and competitiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Experience in sales support, technical sales, or customer service within the industrial or automation sector.
  • Familiarity with spare parts management.
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms and business management tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
