Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Service & Sales Support Specialist. As a Service & Sales Support Specialist, you will provide industry leading drone washing services to customers across a variety of different applications. You will support the operation and maintenance of drone systems for wash missions in the Houston area while driving growth via sales and business development initiatives. You will follow established protocols and standard operating procedures, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and operate efficiently while providing outstanding customer experiences.
Working directly with the Operations Lead & Lead Pilot, you will support Draganfly Wash Drone growth by directly leading the sales process. This includes relationship management and the preparation and delivery of quotes. During Drone Wash Operations, you will act as a Visual Observer and assist with service delivery, supporting pump operations and other activities to deliver an outstanding experience to Draganfly clients.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000/Year USD
Commission:
5% of Gross Revenue generated via inbound Lead or Customer Reference
7.5% of Gross Revenue generated via outreach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide in-field support as required to manage the safe, successful and efficient delivery of wash drone services to clients in a variety of sectors
  • Assist with demonstrations, pilot projects and other service related activities
  • Maintain Part 107 qualification and participate in industry standard security, operating and safety training and certification as required
  • Manage CRM inputs and other administrative updates as needed
  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting activity to further generate leads
  • Manage qualified leads through the sales, evaluation and quote process, seeking opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value and develop lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure and maintain a strong understanding of internal standard operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers, prospects and peers via phone, email and any other means required
  • Assist with operational tasks as required, including equipment maintenance, transportation, staging and cleaning
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers and prospects via cold outreach, email, messaging, event engagement and phone
  • Other duties as required
    Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B Service Delivery or Sales
  • Strong understanding of drone technology, regulations and safety protocols
  • Previous experience as a VO or Field Support Technician for a Drone Service Provider
  • Familiarity with pump system operations, specifically in an industrial or heights cleaning capacity.
  • Strong situational awareness when planning or executing Wash Drone missions and supporting activities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, sales prospects and
  • Basic mechanical skills for maintaining and troubleshooting pump and hose systems
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Clean driving record and the ability to transport equipment to job sites
