QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a scheduler, dispatcher, coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Google Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in HVAC, construction, energy compliance, or field service industries
  • Familiarity with permitting or inspection processes is a plus
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain daily and weekly job schedules for field technicians
  • Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and availability
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to field staff in real time
  • Track job progress and ensure timely job completion
  • Work with the operations team to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive jobs
  • Enter and manage job data in our internal scheduling system
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot last-minute issues
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members
