We are seeking a highly organised, forward-thinking Service Manager to lead our pool service team. This role requires a strong balance of operational efficiency, client care, and the ability to adapt quickly to seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

In the summer, you will be at the centre of our service operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, optimising routes for efficiency, matching technician skills to client needs, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Agility and decisive thinking are essential for managing fluctuating workloads and client requests.
During the winter, the focus shifts to planning and preparing for the upcoming season. You will continue managing schedules and maintenance programs while ensuring systems and workflows are in place for technicians to operate efficiently when summer returns. This is also the time to collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to support team objectives and revenue growth.
Throughout the year, the Service Manager will oversee multiple technicians in the field, process job invoices, follow up for any required information, provide quotes, source parts, and manage daily operational changes. The role also requires close collaboration with the retail team to communicate availability, coordinate parts, and support smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling and service delivery

About You

  • Proven experience in service management, operations, or logistics (pool industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling, quoting, and operational systems
