VOCA Fire Protection is a fast-growing, family-focused company, and we’re looking for a motivated and organised Service Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our Managing Directors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our service operations.
As Service Team Leader, you’ll be involved in everything from compliance and reporting to team coordination and customer support. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, supporting industry accreditation requirements, and helping our engineers and administrators deliver excellent service every day.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven leadership experience.
• Would like to train and progress into more senior tole
• A background in either Administration or Fire & Security Engineering, with the ability to understand both perspectives.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to support staff and liaise with customers.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
