Description
Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to  Conduct service visits to customers, who have service contract with NAPCO, that include batteries, urinal cartridges, air freshener cans, glue boards and UV tubes for flycatchers.  Train the current Customers during the Maintenance CC.  Track competitors’ products availability in our Customers dispensers, dosing units and warehouses.  Prepare samples, arrange the sample room, and maintain the demo box.  Repair all our dispensers, dosing units.  Responsible for cleaning NAPCO dispensers at site.  Responsible for availing the usage guides and the accessories needed for HS project in all customers premises.  Full responsibility for daily report that include CC visits and customer needs.  Prepare the Call cycle report by items by dispenser to the Sales development and his team leader.
Responsibilities
Conduct service visits to maintain and refill dispensers, flycatchers, and dosing units for contract customers. Responsible for repairing equipment, training customers on detergent use, and providing detailed daily call cycle reports.
