THE ROLE The Service Shop Foreman leads the daily operations of our Audi Oakland service department — managing a skilled team of technicians, driving workflow efficiency, and ensuring every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the exacting standards our guests expect. Oakland guests expect the best, and we deliver it. This role is for someone with deep technical expertise and the leadership instinct to bring out the best in a high-performing team. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians — setting the tone for accountability and craftsmanship • Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance to the team • Perform quality control inspections before vehicles are returned to guests • Oversee daily service department operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to Land Rover standards • Manage bay assignments and workflow to maximize throughput and minimize customer wait times • Coordinate with service advisors to meet customer expectations and service deadlines • Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of required components • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop WHAT YOU BRING Required • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Audi vehicles • Proven leadership experience in a dealership or automotive service environment • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with Land Rover diagnostic tools • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred • Audi or ASE certification COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Sponsored Audi manufacturer certification • Career growth within one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country • Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance • Optional disability coverage • 401(k) plan • Paid time off and holidays If you hold yourself to a higher standard, you’ll fit right in here.
