JOB DESCRIPTION:

Transwestern Truck Centres Shop Foreman
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Class 8 Shop Foreman to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the heart of our new service shop, leading a team of skilled technicians and ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality repair and maintenance of Class 6-7 and 8 all makes trucks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a shop foreman or lead technician in a heavy truck repair environment, preferably Mack Trucks.
• Strong Technical knowledge on class 8 Trucks.
• Excellent leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and software
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
• Mack Specific training and certifications are a huge plus
• Must be flexible with work schedule and hours

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend and kneel for extended periods
