Requirements Key Responsibilities: Safely transport customers to and from CMA dealerships, service centers, and other designated locations. Move vehicles between CMA locations, auction sites, and customer homes as needed. Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery for service appointments, ensuring timely and professional interactions. Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs. Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience that reflects CMA’s values. Support dealership operations by assisting with light porter duties when needed (e.g., vehicle staging, lot organization). Communicate effectively with service advisors, dispatchers, and team members regarding schedules and customer needs. Qualifications: Valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Familiarity with GPS navigation and local geography. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist customers with mobility needs. Professional appearance and demeanor. Previous driving or customer service experience preferred.
