INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

Aon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service and an interest in developing their insurance career.
This role works with local client service team that supports Specialties Credit Solutions (Trade Credit and Surety) clients
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Engaging in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer servic
