This role sits within Rest’s Service Business Unit ensuring that partners, members, and employers receive the expected level of service by proactively resolving issues, driving change, and maintaining regulatory-compliant communications. The Service Specialist - Compliance Communications role supports this by translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing compliance correspondence like annual and exit statements, and leading initiatives to enhance operational maturity and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven background as a Business Analyst (or similar role) with hands-on experience navigating business complexity and project interdependence in this domain within the superannuation industry sector. Advanced analytical and technical skills, including data analysis and troubleshooting. Proven superannuation industry sector experience preferred. Experience managing large-scale projects and change, with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to translate complex requirements. Effective stakeholder and risk management across multiple projects. Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, detail-oriented work ethic.
