The Service Specialist EDC Repair Center (d/w/m) is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our demo medical devices. This includes maintenance, repairs, and software installations, as well as conducting diagnostics to keep the systems in perfect condition for customer demonstrations.
This position reports to the Manger EDC Workshop and is part of the EMEA Democenter located in Wetzlar and will be an on-site role.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Degree in electronics or mechatronics with specialized training, along with multiple years of professional experience
• Technical affinity and strong computer skills
• Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• Technical expertise in handling repairs, calibrations, upgrades and allied tasks.
  Wir suchen Sie im Bereich Technischer Service in Wetzlar als:

• Cleaning, functional inspection, completeness verification, and disinfection of demo equipment, as well as replenishment of consumables.
• Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including deploying upgrades on demo systems using various application software
• Responsible for system integration, including order verification, installation of software and hardware, configuration of application data, creation of acceptance protocols, as well as testing and releasing applications, including software tests for sales and new setups
• Coordination of repair services with external companies
• Management and decommissioning of demo equipment in SAP Backoffice to maximize utilization and contribute to revenue growth
