WE ARE SEEKING: A full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers in our Cape Charles, Virginia branch location. You will also be required to float to our Onley, Virginia Branch on a regular basis, as needed. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Processing Customer deposits and withdrawals Account maintenance, such as address changes Issuing debit cards Responding to routine account inquiries Assisting customers with digital banking navigation Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Additional tasks as assigned WHAT YOU BRING: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred Prior customer service experience Prior banking experience a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Strong communication skills A professional appearance WHAT WE OFFER: Strong growth opportunities.
