REQUIREMENTS:

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide professional food and beverage service during catering events, ensuring high standards of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and smooth event execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up event venues including tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and service stations as per event requirements.
• Welcome guests courteously and provide efficient food and beverage service.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in buffet setups, refilling food stations, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the event.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes and glassware, and maintain orderliness during service.
• Support in event breakdown, cleaning, and packing equipment after the event.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors, chefs, and fellow staff to ensure smooth catering operations.
